Below are basic pricing packages as a general guideline. Prices are subject to change, and may be effected by room size and other factors. If you have a project not described here, or would like to discuss budget restrictions, please contact me. Generally, I can offer a plan for almost any budget or concern.

 

Free Mini-Consultation Via Email 

Please feel free to email me about any questions or concerns you might have. I also will do a free mini-consultation via email, using photographs you have on hand. After you submit the form, you will receive instructions via email.

 

The Unvarnished Truth - $125 

A consultation at your residence (or whatever property you intend to sell). This consultation lasts about one hour. My camera and I will approach your home with the critical eyes of a buyer AND an agent. You will receive, verbally, my observations and conclusions, followed by a written report (so you don't have to take notes or remember this stuff word for word...it will be provided to you as a bullet point list). In-Home Redesign or Staging Consultation - $175

This consultation is where you begin. I will come to your home and do a detailed walk through with notes and (given your permission) digital photographs. We will discuss your goals for the look and function you want to achieve.

Whether you are selling your home, and want the highest and best price in the shortest possible time, or are staying put and want to live to the fullest, I can help you define your needs. This is also a perfect starting point for the do-it-yourselfer just looking for some direction.

An exclusive, detailed report will be prepared for you, including pricing options for any additional work you may want or require. This report will give a thorough outline of staging and/or redesign steps/suggestions. This consultation is typically 1-2 hours, but may vary depending on your needs.

 

Room Redesign or Organizing Packages - $150 - $450

This is a day or partial day of redesign for the room(s) of your choice, and includes a (prior) one hour consultation as well as the rearrangement of room(s). Existing furnishings and accessories you already own will be reinvented! We can also discuss paint choices, general decorating principles, and do a little "shopping" around your house to add variety and interest to your space. You'll be surprised what treasures you already have! An objective, trained eye is sometimes all you need for a fresh and serene space. Discounts are available for multiple rooms in the same dwelling. A few  options include:

• All-in-a-Day Redesign - $450
• Half-Day Room Redesign - $250
• Two-Hour Room Redesign - $150
  

 

Personal Shopping - $54/hr

When you don't have time to find the perfect accessories or furnishings...let me do it for you! I will put my talent and knowledge to work for you, digging for finds and bargains, or shopping in specifically agreed-upon locations. I will work within your budget and give you all the receipts...there is never any pressure to buy or keep things you do not like. I can also accompany you on shopping excursions to assist with selections on everything from drapes to paint to lighting...if it goes into your home, I can assist you in choosing it.

 

All other services are priced after consultation in a written report. Pricing will vary depending on how much you wish to do yourself, versus how much hands-on I am doing for you. You *can* elect to save as much money as possible by doing a lot of hands on, yourself. I never over-bill, and am always focused on saving my clients' time and money.

For all Staging and decor, in order to best evaluate your needs, I will provide a thorough in-home consultation. This is the best way to uncover the options that will work best for you.

How I Work...

Whether you are selling your home, or living your life there, the idea of hiring somone to redesign your spaces can be intimidating and stressful. I'd like to tell you how I work.

First, we'll arrange a time for me to come into your home for an initial consultation so that we can discuss your needs. We'll evaluate your goals, and talk about how I will help make them a reality. With your permission, I'd like to take extensive notes and several photographs, which I will use to plan and prepare a detailed, exclusive report for you.

Once I have prepared your report, which will include pricing details and options, I will return so that we can go over this and finalize what options are best for you. A lot of this will depend on how much you want to do yourself, with my guidance. You can do as much or as little as you feel like doing, or have time for.

Once we've reached a consensus, we'll do a bit of paperwork so that we can work effectively as a team. Then the staging work begins!
